The finalization of all orders, including availability checks, delivery logistics, and final confirmations, occurs manually via our designated communication channels (primarily WhatsApp).

    • Selection: You may browse our collection online and select your desired fragrances.

    • Redirection: Clicking to purchase or inquire will seamlessly redirect you to our official WhatsApp customer care line.

    • Manual Verification: An order is not considered accepted or legally binding when you browse or click on the website. A binding contract is only formed once a Glomore representative manually verifies product availability, logs your details into our secure internal tracking system, and explicitly sends you an order confirmation message via WhatsApp.

    • Accuracy of Information: To ensure your fragrance reaches you safely, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete delivery and contact information during your chat session.

    7. 3. Pricing, Valuation, and Payments

    • Currency: All prices displayed on our platform are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to adjustment without prior notice based on ingredient sourcing and manufacturing realities.

    • Final Invoicing: The final price, inclusive of applicable delivery fees or regional taxes, will be explicitly stated during your manual WhatsApp confirmation.

    • Payment Methods: We gracefully accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across accessible regions in Pakistan, as well as direct bank transfers. For bank transfers, processing will commence only after our ledger system manually verifies receipt of funds.

    8. 4. Shipping, Delivery, and Logistics

    • Fulfillment: Once confirmed via WhatsApp and logged into our fulfillment queue, orders are packed with the utmost care to preserve the integrity of the bottles and scent profiles.

    • Timeline: While we endeavor to dispatch orders swiftly, delivery timelines shared during your chat are estimates provided by our third-party logistics partners. Glomore cannot be held responsible for unexpected delays caused by transit bottlenecks, weather conditions, or regional disruptions.

    • Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for the products pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

    9. 5. Cancellations, Returns, and Exchanges

    Due to the delicate, hygienic, and personal nature of fine fragrances, we must maintain a strict yet fair policy regarding returns:

    • Cancellations: You may freely cancel or modify your order at any point before it receives final manual confirmation and dispatch notice in our chat.

    • Returns & Exchanges: We are unable to accept returns or offer reflections/exchanges on opened, sprayed, or unsealed perfume bottles due to health and safety standards.

    • Damaged or Incorrect Items: In the unlikely event that your package arrives compromised, leaking, or structurally damaged during transit, or if you receive a variant different from your manual confirmation, please notify our WhatsApp team within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photographic or video evidence so we can swiftly arrange a complimentary replacement.

    All intellectual property displayed on this website and associated channels—including but not limited to text, fragrance names, visual assets, brand imagery, and the structural design of our digital storefront—is the exclusive property of Glomore Pakistan.
